Swatch Animal: the Beastly Collection!
Grrrr! Swatch, the Swiss manufacturer, is launching a new collection called Swatch Animal, giving its Gents models a wildly beastly makeover.
It’s new, it’s fresh—and still very affordable.
Three must-have models, whose simplicity allows for every kind of boldness, have been dressed up by Swatch’s designers.
The Zebra: five zebra-striped Swatch Gent Originals watches featuring black-and-white zebra straps and striking fluorescent dials (yellow, orange, pink, blue and green), housed in translucent plastic cases (see photo).
The Snaky: the brand has also applied the concept to a range with snake prints, fitted with black aluminium dials.
The Black Dunes: a more masculine, sporty take—yet still flashy—the Black Dunes combine style and comfort with their plastic strap.
And to properly mark the launch of this collection, Swatch has gone for viral marketing by organising flash mobs dubbed Zebra Day.
Price: €45 for the Zebra and Snaky models, €88 for the Black Dunes.
