How to Clean Your Watch?

Cleaning your watch properly is the best way to ensure a long service life—and, above all, it gives the wearer an air of elegance and refinement.
Here are a few tips for cleaning your watches properly, as it should be done.
The cleaning method depends on the type of watch.
- Cleaning a water-resistant watch
Use a soft-bristled brush and soapy water on the watch, making sure the winding crown is fully pushed in. Rinse and dry with a soft cloth.
Do the same for metal and rubber straps. Use only a very small amount of soap for leather straps, and let them dry in the open air only.
Don’t forget the lifesaving step after a swim in the sea or in a pool: rinse with fresh water.
- Cleaning a non-water-resistant watch
Use a soft, damp cloth to clean the case after removing the strap. Remove stubborn marks with the brush. Wipe once more with a damp cloth and dry with a soft cloth.
- Acrylic crystal
You can clean the crystal by rubbing in small circles with a cloth onto which you have applied Miror (a miraculous metal-cleaning product).
