Swatch New Gent Lacquered Collection

Swatch is launching a new collection for its famous New Gent watch: the Lacquered Collection.

The 25 existing Swatch New Gent models have enjoyed meteoric success, thanks to their attractive colours and the 41 mm dial that brought the legendary Originals Gent back into the spotlight.

Swatch has created a collection of skeleton watches in which the movement components are dressed in a shimmering colour palette.

You might still miss the New Gent’s iridescent dial a little—especially since the watch’s movement isn’t the watch’s main selling point. Still, you have to admit the collection is appealing, with five parts of the mechanism coloured at random, offering 3,125 possible combinations.
