Baume & Mercier Capeland Shelby Cobra
Baume & Mercier is launching a new limited edition of its Capeland watch with a new Shelby Cobra, unveiled at SIHH 2016.
In 2015, Baume & Mercier revealed the first model in its new Capeland Shelby Cobra collection.
This new edition adopts yellow and black across its dial, hands and strap.
The 44 mm case is polished and satin-finished, and offers water resistance to 50 metres.
This chronograph offers some compelling advantages:
- A Valjoux 7753 calibre (i.e. the 7750 with the date change at 4:30 instead of 3 o’clock, and a 3-6-9 sub-dial layout instead of 6-9-12).
- Shelby’s legendary signature, with its Cobra hand.
- An attractive price: around €3,500
The watch is issued in 1,963 pieces, the year of the Cobra’s first victory in the American championship.
