Last night, I happened to catch the show Cauchemar en cuisine. Chef Philippe Etchebest comes to the rescue of struggling restaurants, getting owners back on the road to success in his characteristically energetic way.

On another occasion I’d already spotted a handsome Perrelet on the chef’s wrist, but the Tag I noticed last night only confirmed my suspicions: Philippe Etchebest likes watches—and he has good taste in horology.
