Pequignet Launches Its First Élégance Chronograph

French manufacture Pequignet is launching a charming chronograph in its Elegance collection.
This automatic chronograph watch lives up to its name and, it must be said, is genuinely elegant.
Available with three sunburst-brushed dials (blue, silver and black), the watch proudly bears the words “Made in France”.
Look at the sub-dial at 3 o’clock and you’ll discover the cleverly positioned date window.
The movement (calibre SII NE88) comes from Seiko and features a column wheel and a vertical clutch. It is an undeniable guarantee of quality. It delivers a 45-hour power reserve.
The 42 mm case—an eminently reasonable diameter—in 316L steel is water-resistant to 100 metres.
Straps are offered in steel or in alligator-style leather.
The price is well judged: €1,990.
I say YES!
