A pre-Baselworld release (this word has just been trademarked) from Saint Honoré, which has the black cat of Montmartre’s ears twitching with curiosity and whets our appetite. The Saint Honoré Tour Eiffel watch draws its inspiration from the world’s most famous monument—and its construction from its metal.

The 42 mm stainless-steel case, water-resistant to 50 metres, is topped with a bezel sculpted from a 200 kg steel girder recovered by the brand. A DNA that can’t help but recall the approach of Romain Jerome with its Titanic, DeLorean, MoonDust and other watches.

The bezel, dial, oscillating weight and crown echo the structure of the Iron Lady.

The Eiffel Tower plays on transparency, so the frame reveals the Sellita SW 200 automatic movement at its centre.

The watch is a success; the concept is in tune with the design, and there is no doubt it should export easily abroad for anyone who wants to take home a souvenir piece of the Eiffel Tower and wear it on their wrist.

The watch is limited to 1,885 pieces and delivered with a certificate of authenticity signed by the Eiffel Tower Committee.

Price : €2,490
