The late James Gandolfini brilliantly played the role of Tony Soprano in the outstanding series The Sopranos.
While the show’s characters were not always the finest ambassadors of good taste, Tony Soprano wore a watch on his wrist that perfectly matched his status as a family boss (of which he had two).
The case diameter (41 mm) seems a little on the small side for Tony’s thick wrist, but the champagne dial and the 18-carat yellow-gold case and three-link rounded President bracelet suit the position of the boss of the Bada Bing club perfectly.
On the dial: date, day and… Roman numerals, of course!
