Vroom! Tudor and Ducati Renew Their Vows

The Tudor brand, whose Heritage Black Bay watch was recently—and very deservedly—awarded at the Grand Prix d’Horlogerie de Genève, and motorcycle maker Ducati have renewed the vows of a marriage that began in 2011. Careful! Love only lasts three years!
To mark the occasion, Tudor is launching its new chronograph, the Fastrider Black Shield, and Ducati a customised Diavel Carbon, in order to celebrate the continuation of this partnership in the best possible way.
The Fastrider Black Shield watch features a 42 mm monobloc case in matte black high-tech ceramic and, on the engine side, houses the Tudor 7753 automatic calibre, delivering a 46-hour power reserve. The tachymeter engraved on the bezel is, of course, a gimmick because it’s not very legible—but who on this planet actually uses the tachymeter on their watch? Names, please!
The one-piece case design is certainly not unrelated to the excellent water-resistance of this timepiece, which will accompany you down to 150 metres. Ducati (and Tudor) colour is echoed through touches of red on the dial: the hour markers, the date, the hands’ luminova, and the seconds hand.
A quick look at the customised Ducati Diavel Carbon is a must (fans of “matte” are going to love it”) :
