Disassembly of an Automatic Watch

It is always fascinating to watch a watch being taken apart. Here are the innards of an automatic watch fitted with an ETA 2836 movement (see also the teardown of an ETA 6497-1).
With the case unscrewed, the movement was removed, along with the dial, hands, rotor and date discs.
Here is what happens when you open a watch, without going as far as a full movement teardown.
Thanks to the talented Bertrand.
