Ivresse by Badollet: The Quintessence of Elegance

Ivresse, Badollet’s new watch, designed by Eric Giroud, is a masterpiece of elegance, refinement and purity.
The rectangular platinum case, measuring 53.8 mm x 30 mm with a height of 12.3 mm, hugs the wrist thanks to its curved profile. On the deep-blue brushed dial, a riveted satin-finished silver disc features 12 mirror-polished, nickel-plated riveted metal hour markers, along with 36 beads and the Badollet griffin at 12 o’clock. The platinum crown is cleverly concealed beneath the bezel at 3 o’clock.
Equally carefully hidden, the flying tourbillon movement is visible only through the transparent caseback, whose sapphire crystal echoes the shape of the infinity symbol, and it delivers a substantial 120-hour power reserve. This discretion in concealing the movement is a bold choice: the view of the watch’s mechanical complexity is reserved solely for its owner.
The genuine alligator strap, hand-stitched and edged in midnight blue, is fitted with a platinum pin buckle.
Price: around €160,000 (only 30 pieces available for the time being).
