De Bethune DB25 Only Watch Special Edition

To mark the Only Watch 2011 Biennial, which brings together the most prestigious watch brands in Monaco, De Bethune had the inspired idea of creating a special edition of its DB25 watch.

Let us recall that the event is an auction, with proceeds contributing to research into Duchenne muscular dystrophy, a severely disabling neuromuscular disease.

The gentle dial, flame-blued, evokes a starry night with 115 stars in diamonds and white gold, set invisibly thanks to mirror polishing. Lit by the constellations of Orion and Gemini, the dial depicts the sky over Monaco as François Grimaldi saw it when he seized the Rock. True artistry.
